It reminds me of zenitsu
~~~another great episode! that premiere wasn't a fluke after all.
we get to see and meet a little the rest of the main characters and I can't wait to witness their dynamics cause the atmosphere is just so cool and exciting. also, I need to know more about that school cause wtf was going on there lol
fantastic episode as expected
That feeling when the cry baby character of this series still isn't as much of a cry baby as Takemitchy
Imagine your mind going mad if he fights well later in the story.
you best believe I will be there to down talk tokyo revengers even more the first second that episode drops
I doubt it, but man would I love it. I still miss how Yu Yu Hakusho handled power growth of the supporting cast. So awesome seeing their growth, too.
corny ahh show
Teriyaki229
okay bro
Deadass what I said
another fun episode to watch! meeting the extended cast shows promise, i just hope they all get their own development further down the line. I think the pacing itself is also pretty strong, hope the plot keeps moving along this briskly all the way through.
Nice to see some of the main themes kinda take root this episode?? I definitely think this will be a series that focuses on the characters themselves and their personal reasoning behind each fight than some grand scheme, which i really don't mind. I'm always itching for something more character driven, so if so it's definitely welcome.
Also-- yippie for strong direction!! with this newly raised bar for production quality in shonen anime, it's nice to see that insane production value actually be guided by the director. In a lot of recent shonen, it seems like, at times, the focus was far more so on how fluid and perfect the animation could get, rather than conveying any real sense of emotion or weight behind the action. I think this show is managing to find a nice balance right now, and I particularly liked that shot when Suo stands right up to Sakura at like 20-ish minutes into the episode- I thought the claustrophobic atmosphere created there was a nice touch.
Anywayyy excited to see where this show is heading, and hope it stays this promising. can't wait for episode 3!
Last bit in the ep was great cant wait for the fight
EEE SAKURA IS SO COOLLLLL AND THE ACTION SCENES R SICK
OMG we got blue haired Ryuen (Classroom of the Elite) in this show! We literally cooking. I mean this episode was another very fun episode, not the craziest plot but this is really an anime I can look forward to and enjoy every week.
i loved the design of the new characters. good episode, i look forward to the next one ^____^
i loved how generous they were with all the sakura blushing scenes this episode ngl
Fate/stay night Wind Breaker
I don't mind the show when it gets corny but holy shit I already can't stand Nirei, genuinely super annoying. Already dragging it down for me
This is exactly what i was hoping Tokyo Revengers was going to be
Everything was cool too, but the school segment, despite being the shortest one, was my favourite part.
I like how most of the Bofurin are sweethearts on the inside despite not always being in the most welcoming environment, or having the most inviting appearance.
Why do I sense BL.....
As a straight guy, that's the only thing that can make this show sad for me. I really hope there isn't BL in the show. But great episode nonetheless
any show with a bunch of dudes is most likely some sort of bl lol
rip :(
any show with a bunch of dudes is most likely some sort of bl lol
lol. I guess series like Slam Dunk, Dragon ball, The Yuzuki Family's Four Sons, Blue Lock, Hunter x Hunter, Tokyo Revengers, Ace of Diamond, Bungo Stra Dogs, Captain Tsubasa, Saint Seiya, Katekyo Hitman reborn, etc, that have WAY more dudes than girls are BL now
blond hair duded annoys me tbh, so I kinda feel like sakura. Nicely done but hope he doesn't stay like that for too long
A guy named kiryu, a guy that looks like majima, a guy that looks like taiga saejima. This is literally like a dragon the anime
fun episode
Another good episode
does anyone read the manga and knows what happens between sakura and the other guy ?
It's pretty simple Sakura wants to be the new leader and the other guy really likes the actual leader.
I finally get to see my boy Suou animated <3
I dont think its actually a BL, apparently theres a trans character in the manga but no gay stuff
AHHH YES TYSM
No offence but, I think you can still enjoy, appreciate or even invest in fictional relationships(from a writing prespective) regardless of the genders involved if they are done well...
For a gay person the straight relationships are equivalent to what gay relationships will be for a straight guy but since I can site only my example, in truth I was always able appreciate them infact good romance done right has always been one of my most fav things.(also true for most people I know)
Why did I mention this? Seen to many guys skipping good stuff for a factor they have never given a chance to(or have no experience regarding it whatsoever). Its true that BL genre is pretty underdeveloped with probs but I think you shouldn't skip an entire storyline/anime/manga for a silly reason like that(especially when you have never tried it)
But what if it did have BL elements? would the show just become "bad" or "unenjoyable" to you? seems like a bit of a shallow reason to not watch something.
Why do I sense BL.....
As a straight guy, that's the only thing that can make this show sad for me. I really hope there isn't BL in the show.
Not to be rude or anything, but reading this in 2024 is depressing af. If you think that "more dudes than girls = BL" and feel uncomfortable at the thought of a delinquent manga possibly having mlm contents, why don't you go watch yet another isekai harem or ecchi show? lol
