    i can’t be the only person to think milagro man returning would be cool. i don’t think it will happen because araki probably won’t reuse a previous one-off villain that we already saw the weakness of (high voltage was something like this but it has the excuse of being in a reboot)
    but it would fit the money theme of the new series

I gotta say that having a Jojo part taking place in the current irl timeline is crazy, never in my life did I think I would read the words "Covid" and "Uber" in JJBA of all places lmao

But the premise of the protagonist being in the crime scene is definitely a callback to Vento Aureo and Araki went with the siblings idea many people wished for before Part 9 came out.

Definitely makes sense since it's happened lots of times before. It's just that now you're reading a part from the beginning for the first time. Three parts were set in the near future.
P3- set in 1987, started in 1989
P4- set in 1999, started in 1992
P5- set in 2001, started in 1995
P6- set in 2011, started in 2000
P8- set in 2011, started in 2011.

Initially had mixed feelings, but now I feel like my night is ruined lol, I was eagerly waiting for part 9, and I already hate the main characters. Doesn't help that the MC is a 15 year old but also acts like one....
Only thing I loved was the stands, loved all of them and I'm super hyped, hopefully these characters grow on me later but i don't know if that'll happen, all drug dealers... , guess im actually rooting for the main villain for once lmao
