Out of curiosity, how does everyone feel about this series right now?

I enjoyed the first three seasons but started losing interest during season four and five.

Could understand that, I think its due to Season 5's poor adaptation though because it definitely could've been one of the best otherwise.

I think during and after Villain Hunt there's been some issues with the pacing. kinda like Hori is just checking all the series' loose ends off a list. With this current arc though, I feel like it's more of a return to form

I have stopped after S4. I really liked the first two seasons, but by the third I started feeling detached from the whole story and S4 was just a mess. I don't know, it felt like I was watching a different show. It was also pretty boring.
I hated the whole thing about Gentleman and LaBrava. I didn't care for them and wanted it to be over soon.

I still like it, even though I see why some people have lost interest and/or are hating it now.
I mean, the initial concept was a hero school and when they started to lose that aspect in seasons 4 and 5 – hell, some could say that started all way back in 3 – I get why people were frustrated.
And the writing feels like it's gotten a little worse, comparing the present point of the manga to the start, but it's not gone down to absolute crap, unlike some people seem to believe.
Even so, as I said, I still like it, as it still has enjoyable plots, even if they've run off the original premise, and some really great characters who I've grown to really care for, even though my favourites are side characters.

Edit: Watching this thread, I feel like I'm the only person who doesn't completely love or hate it...

Seasons 1-3 were amazing, I rewatched all three of them twice
4th season was bad in matter of plot
5th season was bad in matters of both plot and animation
Source material for 6th one is powerful so I only pray studio will not fuck it up

You lost interest that early? Wow... may I ask why? Did you just notice incredibly early it was slipping from the school setting, or was it something else?

  For me, the show peaked during the school tournament. After that it was all downhill. I officially decided I had had enough when they got to the training camp stuff, which was just extremely boring.

    Mm, the sports fest was definitely the best arc~ And s3 was pretty boring, yeah... but what did you dislike about the second half of s2?

For Anime:

I don't have much hope as trailer of S6 looks like S5. Still adore first few seasons and even some moments in later season.
Movies are fun. But I don't want them to tamper main series plot points.

For Manga:

I don't want it to end this year. Somehow I am having a feeling MHA is not ending this early. Definitely one of the best Manga Experience for me (Started after S4 from start to finish).
Right now it feels like it is rushing a bit .But I have faith in Hori he will pull it off. I am prepared if it didn't live up to it's potential as rushing it will be a colossal loss to series.
Even though recent stuff was not as good. Still their is a lot on unnecessary hate growing for this series which is really sad to see. As a fan of MHA I believe some of its aspect are really underappreciated. But with poor adaptation and rushing stuff will overshadow all of them.

Fingers Crossed!!! Will wait just how it ends

in the 3rd season i got tired of it due to the constant quirk recaps and stopped watching , but the 1st and 2nd seasons were really good and the 2nd season is my favorite due to the hero killer stain arc.

I don't care about it. I watched the first season last year and it was alright, but it lacked something essential. Once in a while I wonder if I want to watch season 2 of this and every time it's a 'nah, I got better things to do with my life'.

I love it. I love Horikoshi’s art style and designs, I love the characters, I love the quirks, I love the setting. It’s just fun for me, all around. Sure, there are things I could roast it for if I wanted to, but I don’t. As a franchise I’d consider it among my favorites.

Show is decent, but i got bored and tired of it during S4 and S5, it's a really good show but it's the fandom that really puts it down.
