As for my favorite OST, I think Madoka Magica would be my pick since it's the only OST I've bothered to listen to outside of the OP and ED. Some of my favorite tracks on there are Sayaka's Theme and Mami's Theme.
Absolutely one of the most beautiful ost pieces ever made: Clannad - Snowfield
I cried like two weeks ago when I listened to this before going to bed, and It reminded me the entirety of Clannad.
