- Goblin (A goblin is a monstrous creature from European folklore. They are almost always small and grotesque, mischievous or outright malicious, and greedy. Sometimes with magical abilities.)
- Crossover (Centers around the placement of two or more otherwise discrete fictional characters, settings, or universes into the context of a single story.)
<br>
- Browse now has a toggle to only show entries on your list.
<br>
- Updated 'Wait: What Anime Is This?' in apps to their new URL.
<br>
- Removed 'Anilist Scrobbler' from apps page.
<br>
- Novel format correctly renamed to Light Novel throughout website.
<br>
Please note the below changes are NOT available in the current public submission system, which is being shut down very soon in preparation for the new system.
The new system is a complete overhaul of how users and moderators currently manage data. You'll be able to not only create absolutely everything (the main entry, banners characters, staff, and voice actors) in one form, but you'll also be able to edit it later and track the progress. Moderators have been testing it for a few weeks now and it is such a pleasure to use.
Example: Mou Ippon! was done in a single submission instead of the currently required seven.

Changes to sources
- New Source options added:
- Doujinshi
- Anime
- Novel
- Please note that the old 'Novel' source was renamed to Light Novel. This means works that had novels as a source will now be incorrect and have to be manually updated to the new Novel source. (eg. some Ghibli movies)
Changes to relations.
- Adaptation < > Adaptation is now Source < > Adaptation, with the usually earlier work being the source of all adaptations.
Example: Chihayafuru
<br>
- Alternative will no longer be incorrectly used as the relation for manga adaptions of light novels, this will now be Source < > Adaptation, the same way that anime is handled.
Example: Mushoku Tensei
<br>
- Two new opposite relations 'Contains' and 'Compilation' for linking one-shots into anthology collections and vice versa.
Example: Shuuden ni wa Kaeshimasu
- Character will now set Character on the opposite relation.
- Summary will now set Parent on the opposite relation
- Side Story will now set Parent on the opposite relation.
- Parent relation can no longer be manually set.
