Hard choice. I've always been a fan of Trunks - maybe because his entrance was so epic!!
Yeah Future Trunks entrance really was awesome wasn't it. Maybe a little OP for the time considering Goku spent ages trying to defeat Frieza and then Trunks comes out of nowhere and slices him up for supper.

Vegeta is my preference too. You have got to like the guy! Yes, he may have killed dozens of innocents but he has also saved countless more as a redeemer. You've got to feel sorry for the guy too at times. Always in Goku's pocket. I really wish they'd have a serious fight!

I really liked Future Trunks and Piccolo, in my opinion are the most smart and consecuent characters, and have strong motivations and ties.
for sure, I love him so much, and I wish Goku and him had more moments in the anime (Like Goku meeting him in the Other World with Gohan [Grandpa])

As long as we take Z as end of the series my top3 were respectively Piccolo, Future Trunks and Gohan but because Super ruined all of them, it switched to Hit, Freeza and #17.

Personally, my favorite Dragon Ball character is either Krillin or Goku. I think Krillin and Goku have the best dynamic in the show, and it was really cool to see them develop a friendship as the show went on. I think after those two Yamcha is the best. What about you guys? I heard Roshi got better in DBS but I don't want to watch it cause it sucks. In the original DB Roshi's "joke" of looking at woman's panties got really old incredibly quick, if they didn't have him do that constantly he would be a much better character. I honestly think all of the female characters in DB are terribly written, they all have no purpose after their introduction and serve as sort of one trick ponies. For best antagonists Cell and Piccolo are my favorites. That's all I'm curious about your guys' opinions...
