Ishigami is best boy, and Iino is best girl (I know not very many people like her in the anime, but she's better in the manga).

Ishigami's sharp tongue is hilarious, and his recentish growth has been really great in the manga. I also like Iino, but that's more for the way she contrasts Ishigami than any specific to her character to be honest.
