What I love about this manga:

1. I have to admit I'm biased because I actually keep a hamster and I love the dynamic between the two MCs. (ง ื▿ ื)ว Please bare with me as it's my first ever written review here on Anilist.

1. Plot:

It is what you'd expect from a typical BL manga, but it's cute and fluffy and it makes you go awwww as you read this. It does not try too hard to force the romance between the two MCs and each chapter would want to make you keep on reading to find out how their relationship would develop along the way.
The author also injects humor in her writing so it's pretty fun for a casual read. The pacing is just right and it's exciting enough. As with most BL mangas, it's still fairly easy to predict how their relationship would develop. The element of surprise isn't as big in this one but it was honestly the fluff that leaves me turning the pages for more.

1. Art style

They say not to judge a book by it's cover but it was the art style that made me want to pick this manga for my late-night read. I love the artist's art style, it's really beautiful. When the two main characters are hella hot and super duper cute, it makes you crave for more as you feast on the visual delight. The sketch on Goma the cat and Hanako the floofball is on point. I like how the animals are drawn quite realistically. The art style is absolute perfection <3.

1. Characters

The story centralizes around a regular salary man who's heartbroken due to his ex-gf leaving him. He's dense and adorable and looks youthful like a high-schooler . He keeps a hamster called Hanako.
The other MC is a cool and hot-looking bishie who turns out to be the owner of a popular cat idol on social media (i was visualising IG). The MC happens to be a huge fan of the cat idol account. He's not even hot but he can also cook well and is very popular but sweet to the mc. (smh why don't guys like this exist irl). They happen to meet in an unexpected place. There's also one other character who is the Senpai of MC. He's got the matured senpai/daddy vibes.

TLDR; if you're a fujoshi like me with some time to kill and you love animals like hamsters or dogs, please go ahead and pick up this book. It's adorable as heck and definitely worth your time. The art style is chef kiss!
