Wilfried's mana isn't necessarily weak, but he's still a child.
Rozemyne just has ridiculous mana output due various reasons (some revealed before and some revealed later) and the rest were all adults and thus had more developed mana reserves.

This time I was not expecting the visual show at the end when they were channeling magic into the foundation or the man in the replenishment device. I think they really showed how good their artwork can be with that because, as Rozemyne said, it looked fantasy.
Also I think this is the first time we've heard about Wilfred having not a strong mana or weak mana. I wonder if, with Damiel, if Rozemyne gives Wilfred a blessing, will that help his mana grow like Damiel's?
Also speaking of Damiel, he fell in love at first sight. Immediately he was stunned for probably a few minutes, a minute or two. I kind of feel bad that he's kind of disqualified currently because he has a lower mana capacity than her. Though as Rozemyne said, his mana capacity is growing steadily and the more he trains the more he grows in mana capacity.
Also getting to know this about the whole conceiving works: the child takes on, or at least the child's mana is dependent on the mother's and the mother has to have a partner of near equal mana or it will cause instability in the child. That was a good little lore tidbit and it is an interesting way to have women pick suitors. It still goes down to where the woman is the one who decides who they marry or they decide their own suitors. They generally would pick one that would fit them and help them.
In this world even if you're the most powerful man in the world, if your mana capacity is not good enough, you won't have any suitors or you won't have any women wanting to make you their suitor. It breaks away from traditional "women are attracted by power and wealth" and is making it more deterministic I guess, which is a little bit depressing because essentially at birth you're stuck with whatever mana range you have. Like I said it is nice to see a different way that women decide who's fit for them instead of just the "oh he's rich, he's strong." It's more of like "oh he has a mana capacity that matches mine." Very interesting.
