I wonder if after they switch back Keigetsu taught by Reirin's example will actually mellow down and treat Leelee well? Because it'd be so sad for Leelee to suddenly be treated coldly and made fun of after being treated so well. There is also a possibility that Leelee will become such great and outstanding court lady that upon body swap Keigetsu will finally not feel alone and actually be encouraged by Leelee's unwavering support to change for the better.
BTW I have a feeling Captain will fall for Reirin in Keigetsu's body and later it will become another problem (between the prince and his brother).

What if she is too nice and will agree to switch but with a heavy heart? Health is so cool. Maybe forbidden magic can help her body? side eyeing Keigetsu waiting for her to get fed up and do smth so the body would suffer less

This is going to be the sleeper series of the season! Episode is too damn good to be considered "we have apothecary diaries at home."
I hope by the end, this show will prove to the masses that it isn't just some "clone" of Apothecary Diaries; it's already proving that now with this episode.
And, when the inevitable body swap happens again, it's going to be so sad to see Leelee treated poorly again. She really does seem like a sweet girl pushed to the brink by constant abuse...

Body swap stories always have a moment where the characters go back into their original bodies.
It's not a clone of Kusuriya's story, well... the anime has vibes similar to Kusuriya, but that's no problem at all
If a bodyswap happens I believe it would be after Reirin changed/saved Keigetsu so probably Riri would not be treated poorly.
