This is a cover of a vocaloid song by NayutalieN. I get the impression from this tweet that they're going to release more songs by Mai Chihara at some point in the future.

Sayumi Suzushiro is primarily known for voicing genki characters, but as you can hear, she's totally singing this in-character as Mai. It's interesting to hear her go against "type", so I'm excited to hear her voice this character in the anime.
