  Having seen your list I have to say that it doesn't seem like you've seen most of the unhidden gems yet, so you might find some value in simply checking out some highly-rated romance shows.

  Here are a few you wouldn't find that way but which I think are still rather good:

  None of them are purely romance. Gosick's definitely also a mystery show, and both Spice & Wolf and Mahoutsukai no Yome are fantasy.
