The premise is more fun when you realize the main character is Nora, not the isekai'd guy. Pretty good worldbuilding, even the plot goes nuclear mode quite suddenly.
I'm curious to see how this adapts. As long as it doesn't focus too much on the sex slaverysekai and cringe it could be great. But let's be honest, this is Studio Passione, and the track record of the author (my wife has no emotion) means it will be 5-7 episodes of full on Kazuya timid level gooner cringe and then the last 4-5 episodes will actually get to the fun action.
