Over at last!! Or maybe not yet, there's still an episode left until April.
This arc was quite similar to the Whole Cake Island Arc where the crew focused on escaping with the only huge difference being this one's the only long arc without an actual final fight, Luffy hardly fought Saturn and co.
Egghead was also different in being a long arc's island not bossed by a villain Luffy had to take down and save its people.
While similar, it overall followed fresh patterns compared to usual.

This episode revealed the reason behind York's twisted personality compared to the other Vegapunks and Stella's big decision regarding his doom, he took full advantage off it and until well past his final moments was ahead of the world government. I still think or hope he's alive or will be rescued.
Him LOLing at his future self cracked me. His last 2 weeks were surely wild.

Do yall think there will be a separate entry for the start of Elbaph or do u think it'll continue? Personally, I don't think so.

Catching up was such a blast! Luffy told the Iron Giant that they'll meet again. I wonder if Luffy's Supreme king haki reaches Joyboy level, whether that will reactivate the Robot again. But it felt really bittersweet how the robot thought Joyboy would be with him even after death.

And wow Vegapunk/Stella really planned things ahead like that. But it definitely is giving me the idea that he actually truly is dead. Lilith and York are the only remaining VPs. Considering York is full on evil I hope Lilith stays safe and doesn't accidentally synchronize with Vega records when she wakes up. I also loved the scene between Akainu and Kizaru. Made them feel more like humans rather than just NPCs doing their thing. I always felt that Akainu was pure justice with no feelings and Kizaru pure troll with no feelings but this arc showcased Kizaru in such a different light and seeing Akainu sympathize with him and even APOLOGISING and calling him brother showcases something I've really been missing from the admiral side. A proper shred of humanity. We only had that with Aokiji and Fujitora
