Hey there! ⚓
Welcome aboard #TeamYuri, a cozy little crew of anime fans.
We are a small animanga community built around our love for yuri, but mostly we're just here to enjoy anime, make memories and have fun. Although we started the community due to our shared love for yuri, we've became an all-around anime community.
We talk about all kinds of animes, argue about taste, and have way too many debates.
Think of us as a friendly crew of anime fans sharing the same ship.
And hey, if you don't have a crew or a place to stay yet, this might be the perfect chance to join our community! #TeamYuri is always looking for new crewmates to come aboard and sail with us. 🚢

We set sail back in April 2025, starting as a small Discord server for Mudae that slowly turned into a real community.
Everyone brings their own takes and questionable opinions aboard and we all just vibe (somehow).
We like to keep things wholesome, but at the same time, a little chaotic, and full of the kind of energy that makes a community feel alive.
Our pirate theme comes from the virtual youtuber Hoshou Marine, who's our community's mascot! (because @Hyuzi really loves her, I guess...)

Here's the kind of adventures we get up to:

It's hard to really describe #TeamYuri's vibe, but I asked a few of our members to describe it instead (I'm just lazy), and honestly, their answers say it better than I ever could:
<blockquote>"Hmm, I don't think it's very homogeneous... it's a small animanga club, almost, of non-crazy people."</blockquote>
Which honestly sums it up perfectly!
Another member said:
<blockquote>"Despite childish arguments (which are funny most of the time), it's welcoming and open-minded. Everyone's roughly equal, and if not, they'll help you with whatever you're curious about."</blockquote>
It's really that: A place where people talk about anime, games, music or whatever they're currently interested in. A place where we occasionally lose our brain cells together, but still end up calling it some sort of home.
At the end of the day, one of us said it best:
<blockquote>"It's litttt." 🔥</blockquote>
