[Spoilers] They Were 11! - Chapter 3 Discussion

There's a lot of aspects in this chapter that remind me of the work of Ursula K Le Guin. The swapping of genders feels like The Left Hand of Darkness and the long cycle of Nuum's planet is 64 years rather than 60 like in Planet of Exile.

I'm kind of surprised at how quickly things are moving, but at the same time it doesn't feel too fast.
