Such a banger of a first ep
that was so fun! and the intro of the episode was so cool, really looking forward to this anime. it could be the biggest surprise of the season imo
Such a banger of a first ep
Fight went hard, I'm sold. Def gonna keep watching
The Animation is so dlick and clean. Love the color pallete too, this is glnna be a hidden gem for sure.
very surprised at how much i enjoyed this episode- from what i've watched this new wave of shonen deliquent anime just hasn't been my thing but i really liked this! The animation was great, really like the main character since he acts like a badly socialised dog, and i'm actually. kinda intrigued to meet the other characters? crazy i know.
Appreciate the fight scene choreo a LOT. Sorry i just love when people go to town beating the shit out of each other. No gigawatt laser beams coming out of people's hands, just breaking each other's jaws like god intended. Makes the violence feel far more palpable that way.
Anyway, looking forward to next episode!! Hope they keep up the good work.
gotta say that I was surprised to see such a well-constructed internal monologue. I like that it isn't suuuuper deep so it doesn't feel like a parody of itself, and at the same time it adds enough to Sakura's personality to make future meaningful character development.
Haven't really watched a delinquent anime before, so I don't have anything to compare it with, but I do hope it remains engaging.
Didn't think it'd go this hard honestly i'm so sold
Tokyo revengers wishes it can be this
Its its own thing aside from gangs revengers a completely different kinda show in terms narrative and tone. You can appreciate both.
That being said i can already tell this is gonna be much more grounded and engaging animation wise lol great hook of an opening. Loving the mc, narrative and animation + the character design.
The music is actually noticeable too
Introduction was great, wasn't expecting it to go as hard as it did but I will be tapped in weekly
I expect nothing (due to other recent anime with similar theme), so it caught me off guard. Let's hope it'll remain good or interesting.
Surprisingly enjoyable
I was SOOOO excited for this release and the first episode blew me away. I love the opening and ending, the fight choreos were sick and the voice actors did a great job. soundtrack also seems promising and like a bunch of jams and the animation was great too - I really hope this will blow up and gain wind breaker the love it deserves. absolutely stoked for more and what's incoming
I mean at least they are not middle school characters this time lmao
I really enjoyed this first episode.
~~~I LOVE THE ARTSTYLE
~~~
Not familiar with the source material but wanted to check it out because I love delinquent manga/anime. Iwas very surprised and impressed by this first episode. I love the idea of the delinquents serving a purpose and I already like and feel empathy for Sakura. Bonus points for a good OP and ED.
Natori is what brought me (op artist), good animation, ost and ED kept me.
it was fun and animation was good
excited to see whats to come
6/10. Not bad, good fighting...
Did not expect such a banger of an episode 1, smooth animation and really great fight scenes. I'm hooked, definitely gonna keep watching.
The content of this first episode felt good, but that doesn't tell all about how the season's going to play out, especially with a delinquent focused plot. I liked the visuals, so hopefully the story can back it up.
This first episode wasn't that insane to me, though. It was solid, but it wasn't out of this world.
I went into this anime completely blind thinking it was just another sports anime that wont meet the standards, but after watching the first few mins of the episode i was truly hooked by the visuals.
The music in the fight scenes was pretty damn good too, and even the fight choreo itself was amazing. Just fist to fist combat, nice and well done.
I was certainly surprised by how good this was
Pretty solid first episode and I'm gonna keep watching this for sure.
