I recommend reading from the start - the anime leaves out a lot of what makes the manhwa so good. You won't regret it!

Idk about that one. The pacing is good and it adds a lot of context, characterization and foreshadowing. The art is compensated by the animation. Though, I guess you can start from the beginning if you want to appreciate the art.
