how would you log the chapters down?

  I'm pretty sure .x chapters will count as separate ones in the final chapter count, so of course I'd track them as different chapters.

    That's only if it comes as extra content and not if it is a direct split of a chapter i think

      Hm? Nooo...? If a chapter was originally released in multiple parts, I'm basically certain they're counted separately...

        Are they? I don't think I've noticed. But usually these split chapters get combined when it gets released as volumes instead of a magazine so...

  That depends. If it gets compiled, it may move into 1 chap. And in any case, if it is a split chapter, then it should be considered as one.

  I just read the first volume published by Square Enix in America and the bonus chapters are not shown in the table of contents at the beginning of the volume. they are rather added as "Chapter X bonus" at the end of each chapter. in the second volume there's an extra chapter between chapter 8 and 9 that it's actually in the index so that should count as another one.

  so in total, there's 2 volumes published in USA with a total of 13 chapters (6 and 7 respectively).
