  By far more of a comedy Anime/Manga that just happens to have some action here and there

  neither. it's a show for children under 13. children don't get comedy and action is too violent for that age group. it's just a hyped out children's show which is absolutely cringe to watch if you are older than say 18 or something

  Primarily comedy, but it does have very strong doses of action depending on which arc it is.
