[Spoilers] Butareba -The Story of a Man Turned into a Pig- | Episode 8 Discussion

This episode took a really sad, but necessary turn to illustrate the state of Yethma tolerance in this world.

The most saddening part of Blaise’s tragic life is that she believes herself to be responsible for all of the terrible acts performed on her. Be it because of her body, or that she’s a Yethma, she finds her existence to be the cause for all of the negativity. I hope she gets some happiness in this world before passing on.

The heckripon that was constantly shown during Blaise and Mister Pig’s chat is also a complete mystery, for now. I wonder if it has something to do with the royal capital, the king, and the lack of entrance.

Mister Pig now has some powers of his own, through the anklets that Naut gave him. It’ll be interesting to see how and when he’ll use them, and to what extent.

I don’t have a good feeling about having to "appeal" to the king to enter the royal capital, though ….
