You are probably long past needing or wanting this information, but I figured I would give an answer once I finished, for anyone who might want it.
Season 1.1 covered Volumes 1-3 or more specifically, it adapts chapters 1-23, 26-27 and the bonus chapters vol.1 bonus chapter 1, V2B1-3, and V3B3.
Season 1.2 follows the same format and mostly adapts Volumes 4-6 or specifically chapters 24+25, 29-46, 49-53, V3B1-2, V4B1+3, V1B2, and V5B3
Season 2 is a slightly more spread out but still mostly adheres to Volumes 7-9, and specifically adapts Ch 47-48, 54-59, 62-71, 73-74, 76-80, V6B1-3, and V7B1-3
Now the thing to acknowledge is that it skips around quite a bit and isn't in the same order as the manga, moreso in Season 2. (I would argue it actually makes the placement of some chapters feel a little more connected every now and then (if only vaguely due to most chapters being inherrently separated from each other.))

Oh hey, I've been planning to give the anime a shot sometime and wondered if they just went straightforward with it or adapted some "fan favourites" first like an ancient leak claimed, so this'll come in handy. Cheers, lol.
