Why is Finn even part of the main cast?? He does nothing and adds nothing to the story. I thought he would help Dot in this ep, so I held out on this take, but he did absolutely nothing other than react to things on the sideline in the most stereotypical way. Even Mash's fake scar line has more contribution than this guy. The only time he did something (somewhat relevant?) was when he sabotaged Mash blindly with no real effort to fix the issue; that didn't affect the story/characters at all because Mash solved it by himself. He may very very slightly function as the straight character reacting to jokes and following the main cast for some reason, but he has nothing else outside of that. Might as well remove him completely because even his reactions are incredibly useless and non-impactful. He's got to be a contender for the most useless character of all fiction. (Note: I have not read the manga, but for now, in the anime, there is nothing good or interesting about this individual)

He's not funny enough to be comic relief, so that leaves Anime Trope #3,251: at the last possible second, when our hero is a thread width away from defeat, Finn will suddenly grow a spine and contribute in the Most Spectacular Fashion Imaginable, proving that he was Strong As Ox through the Power Of Friendship. Or something.
But yeah, right now it seems his older brother got all the awesome in that family, and he was only on screen for a few minutes.

Dot decided to fuck it and be a badass, handsome explosion man after Love decided to insult his friends. I think its very sweet. I don't like that Finn hasn't done shit in the entire show except to be shook at everything :/ I will say this though, Rayne can get it, idc what anyone says bro. Yuki Kaji also coming in clutch for the female audience :3
