i didn't read it yet but i looked it up, and you can see that from volume 4, the chapters are divided into parts.
for example in this image, chapter 5 (volume 4) is divided into 11 parts :
i'm guessing the '269' counts parts as individual chapters as well, while 91 is the number of 'official' chapters

Thank heaps, but a lot of volumes aren’t divided like that. They are just two or one long chapter. I don't see any 'source' on the web that has it divided by 269 but this website. This website needs sources, where is it? If someone can send me why it is 269. If not let's just say 91 like myanimelist.

well you're right, i was curious so i counted all the summaries of each volume and there are 91 chapters, including special chapters (which are not numbered) and sub parts. which means the informations are incorrect and should be edited cause i can't see from where the 269 are coming either..?
