Should I watch it in Korean or Japanese?
BrendyroseDec 29, 202212 replies1.8K viewsI know it's a Korean show based off a Manwha that takes place in Korea made by a Korean studio, but I don't really know how Korean voice actors fair in comparison to Japanese ones, like I doubt they're as bad as many of the western dubs, but still, should I just watch it in Korean because that's the intended experience?

Me personally I watch whatever series in its original language. Like if its a Japanese show I will watch with Japanese dub; english show with english dub, Korean show with Korean dub and so on. Don't worry, Korean VAs do a great job.

it had a really good english dub, im not a fan of the korean sounding

Usually an animated series from any country will animate the expressions, mannerism, etc, according to how people in said country usually speak/act, so animation tends to sound and look more "natural" with its original dub. At least it's how it seems to me. So I'd suggest everyone to watch it in Korean.

It was great in Korean. I even recognised one of the voice actors from a game that has a Korean dub!

I really don't like Chinese anime but Korean va seem to be super similar to Japanese style so it felt like normal almost immediately
