Fuufu Ijou, Koibito Miman is basically Koi to Uso but a little less drama
Is it better to read the manga first or just watch the anime adaptation?
Doesn't matter.
I think I remembered Koi to Uso's anime being a pretty good adaptation, but reading from the start may be good just in case.
The manga just ended last year I believe. About 2 seasons worth of content. So yeah, read the manga.
Is it similar to the anime "A Couple of Cuckoos"?

^ VERY similar

^ adding this cuz you tagged "fuufu Ijou" too

^ Same reason as above
Adding only 3 fr now. If you want more just ping/dm me or feel free to look through my list
Not a manga, but this guy Shakespeare did a different version of this story called "Romeo and Juliet." Little bit underground tho
Basically a love triangle with 2 girls and a guy.
In this world, once you reach a certain age (16 I think) you are given a partner who you're forced to marry. So forced arranged marriage, because the government wants the society of Japan to have excellent offspring, or something like that.
So Guy 1 has feelings for Girl 1, and she feels the same, but Guy 1 has to be with Girl 2.
So if you've read https://anilist.co/manga/105011/
It's pretty much the same manga, but Koi to Uso is more drama heavy. So I like it a bit more
I can't compare it to Kakkou no Iinazuke cause it's been a while since I've last read that one, so I don't remember it too well.
But I think that one is just a harem-comedy, which is pretty lame. Harem-drama would be better instead, like Nisekoi.
Thanks for the suggestion, bro. Recently I was pretty down after finishing Quintessential Quintiplets, so it's gonna be of great help.
I'm actually reading a manga right now that seems to be pretty similar to Gotoubun no Hanayome
