  tho it kinda reminds of those american cartoons like the one of spiderman or smthn? Dunno just doesn't give much of an anime "feel"

    looking at the description it is animated by Studio Mir, which did a lot of the animation for Legend of Korra, fourth season of Boondocks, the Dota adaptation etc. So they seem to do a lot of "American cartoons" style of animation.

      Likely because Netflix is making it & we know they don't make any memorable anime's, also Webtoon's don't have a good track record (GOH & TOG) when it comes to Anime adaptations they will likely rush all the stuff the original work had to get to the cool flashy stuff people like in the Manwha & have all the nuance removed.

      Because the first few arcs of the series aren't really that engaging they are just simple slice of life stories that just flesh out the characters or introduce what will later be our main cast, but later on it is just a bunch of cool flashy fights between gang members that are also good due to how emotionally invested we are in them even if some of the people who are absolutely terrible.

  Why isn't there an entry for the anime yet ? The anime adaptation called "Gaiken Shijou Shugi" so it's a Japanese anime?

  Even though Studio Mir is a pretty good studio, I don't think it fits Lookism aesthetic and the trailer doesn't seem promising.
  I hope the fights will be well animated.

  I for one, am excited. I hear lookism is really good according to reddit manhwa. I'm also a fan of Webtoon adaptations. (The god of high school) Studio mir (legend of Korra) is gonna be making this and I think it's gonna look good.

    Lookism is really good! It gets a little messy later on (around Chapter 150) but I would say anything that the first couple seasons would adapt is 9/10-10/10 PEAK
