As far as I know Jujutsu Kaisen has moderately graphic violence. So nothing too much for most teenagers but I don't know if your school's policy welcomes it. If your school is very secular it probably won't be a problem.
If you're allowed to watch anime with (graphic) violence, than yes it's appropiate. The "monsters" are typically horror looking and there are a couple of scenes, not many where the violence can get really graphic, but most of the violence isn't too bad.

maybe first show it to your teacher, not the entirety but the scenes which are graphic. You don't want trouble afterwards.
