S2 trailer is coming out? I can't wait for it I want to learn more about that human god and dragon god. I hope s2 also comes out soon like maybe winter 2023 or spring 2023 and not something like fall 2023.

The preview seems to be covering a lot more than I initially thought. Is this going to be 24 episodes? I can't see it being 12 with the amount of events it shows in the trailer.

Definitely 24 eps. The PV showed some scenes from vol 12, and that would mean they're once again adapting 6 volumes like last time. Can't do that with only 12 eps

They seem to be adapting volumes 7-12 this time, which means it'll be two-cour like the first season. I'm relieved they appear to be adapting volume seven, as it's one of my favorite early volumes and was unfortunately skipped by the manga for whatever reason.

~!I'm quite surprised at some of the things that were shown in this trailer if I'm being completely honest. To start, they showed Rudeus and Roxy embracing before their night together after Rudeus falls into depression at the end of the labyrinth arc. They also showed Paul in a beaten up state during the hydra fight. To an anime-only viewing the trailer, it might be fine? To me, it does feel a bit too spoiler-heavy, although this is coming from the perspective of a novel reader so I know what's going to happen, while anime-onlies do not. I don't know, I'll stop rambling.

I'm glad they seem to be dropping the Fitts/Sylphiette "mystery," though I wonder how it'll be executed so that Rudeus doesn't appear as a complete moron.

I think what'll be the most interesting is how anime-onlies react to the university arc. Will the majority of them find it to be enjoyable, or too slow? I'm also curious about the reception that the Rudeus x Roxy content will have. Oh well, we'll see when we get there, I suppose.!~

i think they gonna adapt like 4-5 episode from quagmire arc and the rest will be university. one-cour season can be really nice tho but two-cour is probably the best option if they want make the fan base wait for the labyrinth arc lo
