No, it isn't. Chronologically, literally just means things being ordered by they occurrence. Chronology, is the scientific study of that. And even that doesn't only apply to sicknesses, but quite literally every other scientific studies that exists. So like... no, what you said is just absolutely not true

"chronological" or "chronologically" is used when talking about the order of things, on a timeline for example. So OP absolutely used it correctly.
