i don't read it but i searched a little.
it is released monthly (so one chapter per month, roughly) on 電撃マオウ (dengeki maoh) and until now they released as far as the 4th volume. (i can't find the number of chapters in total but that volume starts with chapter 15 and the monthly release of this volume started in december)
i don't think there's an official date for the chapters of the 5th volume, as even japanese readers try to estimate a date : for example, <a href="https://manga-siryoukan.com/%E9%9B%BB%E6%92%83%E3%83%9E%E3%82%AA%E3%82%A6/%E3%82%B3%E3%83%BC%E3%83%92%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0%E3%83%BC%E3%83%B3/">here</a> someone estimates that the monthly release of the chapters for 5th volume will start at the end of this month (27th june). so far, one volume (roughly 4 or 5 chapters) is released every 5/6 months.

Thank you so much! I was scared that the author might have been on a hiatus or something due to the inactive Twitter account. This puts my mind at ease more.

if it can helps you, they wrote in their bio on twitter : 電撃マオウ様にて、漫画「コーヒームーン」を連載中
コーヒームーン is coffee moon and 連載中 means that it's serialized, so as long there are those words in their bio i don't think you have to worry!
also their last tweet states 5巻ももう少ししたら出ます！which means that the 5th volume (5巻) will be released soon. "soon" can mean anything but it probably means that the estimation is close to the truth.
