  The episode count will probably be added once there's an official announcement regarding this.

  Also, for future reference, this kind of data change is better to make a submission than creating a forum thread.

  The first season was 12 episodes so I don't see how the second having 12 would be a problem.

  As someone who's read the manga, i'd say 12 eps is just about right to adapt the layer 6 arc.

  This arc is very action heavy so that alone takes up a decent amount of chapters. That's why it may seem like it's not enough but I think it should be fine and even if it may not be, they could just do one or two 40 min long episodes and that would be sufficient imo

  12 Episodes and Episode 8 or 9 will hopefully be an 1hour episode (backstory). I calculated it myself and 12 Episodes is really enough when they also include an 1h episode

  I don't care if it's 12 episodes or 13...i just want to watch a proper adaptation of the story without cutting the source unless it's important to cut and doesn't affect the story that much.

  This was my prediction 7 months ago on an other post

  First season covered 26 episodes, the movie covered up to 39 ,, so using that knowledge it'll probably be up to the very start of chapter 61 (that'll be the ending scene the start of that chapter) and it's going to be 11 or 12 episodes. 11 episodes if they don't do a recap episode of the movie, 12 or maybe even 13 if they do recap the movie at the start of the season.

  Personally having read the manga, and with my predictions, I don't see it going wrong honestly.
  And for the people, but it's more volumes, in all honesty content wise each chapter is about the same amount really. There aren't any chapters with wildly more content in them than other chapters, at least that's what I have observed all this time/my opinion.
