Lol no It's same, Ulquiorra is just the western way of writing it but if you would translate it from kanji or hirogana it would be Urukiora Shifā... So @PhantasistaGirl is right if not more correct then you... R is pronounced L but L is pronounced lighter in Japanese and they can't pronounce the r so it sound like an l, ou get changed to o often in Western writiting to. Just some rules before you go correcting people for something that's more accurate then your comment. God, this is how to trigger people honestly...
