Chances of Tokyo Ghoul ever getting another adaptation/remake?

It depends, it could get the FMA/ Fruits Basket treatment but for TG I'm not sure it will happen anytime soon

Not a chance and it would still be too hard to animate and we'd get even worse adaptation

Maybe after a decade now I don't think since there are lot of capable story that's going to animate

imo it's not happening. I think it would be too much of a financial risk to do it. Just because some fans made a petition, doesn't mean any of those studios would take it.

I would say theres always a possibility. I mean it would do great and bring new fans and sell more merch, but realistically its not going to happen.

No,there would be no point. The series is over and dusted ages ago. People should already move on from this series at this point. The possibility still exist but its very slim.Like really slim.

I don’t think so, this series is over and way too far from having the same amount of hype as others ones.
Besides, the big bosses of anime studios are focusing primarily on ongoing manga series.

There have been smaller works that have gotten anime remakes, a recent one being Shaman King.
