Alright, name some manga that have done this cliche at least twice during their publication. Try to put as many as you can and include the chapters that it happened or just some actual pages.

a lot do, but to prove my point on that I don't want to bring in heavy spoilers. Sometimes they display this cliche through other characters, but caring for the enemy and enemy backstories is a common theme.

I don't care about spoilers. (You should still mark them or put a warning for other people though.) And just to be clear, I'm talking about those two tropes happening at the same time. Not separately.
