Oregairu Zoku and Kan's netorare tag

Recently I've been thinking about the meaning of the "netorare" tag, and I figured out that it is used when someone is in a romantic relationship with someone else, but cheats on them through some actions. In this case, in Oregairu 2 and 3 as well, there is the netorare tag, but I can't understand why. Could someone explain it to me?

Many people have heard "Yahallose" instead of "Yahallo" at the end of Kan, so it's nothing strange here. At the very least I'm happy that ~~Wataru Watari~~Hachiman Hikigaya ended up with the beloved Snow Ball.
