Assuming you already started and are caught up with Endeavor Agency in the anime, I would just finish it out and read chapters 249-252, then go back and read 218-240. This would be the order I assume the anime is doing it. Don't skip 218-240 because it's a necessary arc. After you read that, regardless of which order you did it, start on chapter 253, and that starts arguably one of if not the best arcs in the series. Hope this helped!
