I’m so glad they brought back the Blizzard OP for the final episode!
Loved the music in the series. Hated the overbearing mother and the excessive drama.

i'm happy the old op was back, even if it was just for this episode, it matched the environment better
i need a season 2 so bad, the music is amazing and i think the drama was good. the results were realistic for a competition since they have rules and criteria to follow
also i understand what umeko wants but she can't push her goals into setsu like that and then snap, she sucks.

My fucking god. The people complaining about Umeko have no braincells I'm not defending her at all. That as fucking bullshit. She was being manipulative and gaslighting Sestu. But if you saw near the end, she claimed that she wants Setsu to improve and realize what his priorities are. Does he want to be like Matsugorou or does he want to make his own sound. Setsu realizes at the end. I need to make my own sound that the listeners will appreciate and expect from me. What do I expect from weebs though. They don't have much critical thinking.

Still a shitty move to drop the reward and all that. There's more than enough reason to not like this character. So so stating the obvious and act like you just solved the climate disaster.
Also everyone here knows why and what the meaning behind it is. You are not the only one who watched the last few seconds of this anime.

Look, I'm not complaining about the plot: I think that what happens makes sense. But this season leaves us in a horrible sour place.
Seeing Sawamura being talked down to like that by everyone was horrid. A discourse about how his self-indulgency is bad? He's at a point in life where he needs to find himself and everyone tells him to be someone else, how can he do that without being self-indulgent? I'm incredibly upset at the adults in Sawamura's life.
His rivals aren't helping either, just burying him further. Even that good for nothing rebel band guy appeared and what for? To be disappointed by his performance too? To show us a low guy pitying Sawamura? Argh.
His friends are good and supportive, but since they're not pros at the shamisen, their comfort isn't effective. Like. Such an incredibly frustrating ending to leave us at...
Anyway, I loved this story, I hope a season 2 will come sooner rather than later.

I loved this serie. I really really really loved this anime. And yet, there is no chapters in english, no chapters in french. I can't buy the manga in France. What can I even do in my life? What will become my life without a season 2?
