He has unlimited cursed energy. It allows him to manipulate the space at the atomic level. He can use domains multiple times a day and in split seconds. He is the only one who can use it because he possess the "special eyes" also mentioned as the 6 eyes in the manga. Only Goujou can possess them because its a Goujou Clan thing. He can also teleport but with certain conditions, how it works is not explained yet I think. Just because he has the Limitless doesnt mean he is the strongest character in Jujutsu Kaisen.
