looking at it from a base view it looks like a shounen jump series that was axed. So it wasn't popular enough to keep going

They presented her army of 5 conceiving hands, and only showed the Puppet Master in combat.
I was enjoying reading it, especially the art and then, they give this ending... a bit disappointed.

Creator fucked the editor's wife because the series did decently in sales, yet Jump never really cared about it.
