It's easy to cherrypick your favorite panel against a Jujutsu Kaisen panel that you don't like. The images you presented aren't even comparable because they showcase two entirely different types of scenes. The image that you chose is not even representative of most of Chainsaw Man's art.
Chainsaw Man has an issue where the characters' posture often look stiff even in scenes that should be fast-paced or look threateneing. They look unnatural, uncomfortable and lacking in impact. Characters would frequently be drawn swinging a sword, making a defensive posture with a sword, running at highspeed, kicking other characters with their arms or legs fully extended with little or no elbow movement.
I mean just look at these of Aki swinging the sword. Do the sword attacks look like they have any impact? What about the scene where Quanxi is kicking those guys? There is absolutely no joint movement in the legs of the one of the guys who was kicked and is falling to the ground. Denji is seen running with his legs fully extended, no joint movement. Does this convey an image of a character moving at high speed? The wind is pulling Angel Devil upwards but Aki's arms are at 90 degrees and aren't even drawn in the direction that Angel Devel is flying.

Chainsaw Man is plagued with scenes where the facial expressions looks expressionless, stiff and unnatural. They are seldom drawn like actual people with muscles in their faces that are capable of multiple types of complex facial expressions. The majority of facial expressions in Chainsaw Man are just characters with blank expressions with their mouths wide open. Fujimoto could use some tips from Gege on resolving his issue with "same face".
