MMM that dialogue between subaru and haijima was actually maybe the best out of the whole show ! and i still prefer fukuhou over our main team i feel like their dynamic was just so much more .... united? they just felt more like a team? ya. someone once pointed out this show's pacing was really fast yet slow at the same time and i totally agree wthhh i feel like some things just happened for no reason aaa i really liked that it incorporated drama with the sports genre but pacing and emphasis on certain things hindered the execution if that makes any sense . i'm totally with you i didn't get attached to ANY of the characters which is kinda unfortunate cause dramas are supposed to be mainly character-driven. i don't think i'd necessarily say the show was bad BUT i wouldn't say it's good either so aaaaa .... yes.

promising first episode, the whole show finishes as average, not a good drama and also not best sports anime, basically, you don't watch it for the drama because you can find a lot better, and not for the sport or volleyball because you can find better, but there are no combination of volleyball and drama so it's special(we have Hoshihai no sora tho good drama + tennis)
I also didn't really rage on this one so it's not bad, not good either, I will forget about it eventually

I didn't even pick up that they won until like 3 minutes in, where was the block that ended it? I didn't even know Shin's name until this episode which says a lot about either my memory or the anime. Fukuho was also way too damn dramatic for a countryside team. The anime ended with some big goals, but I think if there's a manga or light novel then I'll read that instead of painfully staring through season 2. The OP slaps though, no question.

Not a good show. Might be worst sports anime I seen so far. Little to no character work and instead just focused on the fast paced matches as if we're supposed to care. First 2 episodes were the best and the op was the best thing about the series

Well I just rewatched it again, and I still think of it better than haikyu, pacing you can say was a little weird, well they didn't focus on the matches on itself that much in my opinion, but it was still great, well if you know where to read it then please tell because I gave up last time finding it, and I will most probably do the same again
