Kinda was hoping that Rimuru's attack would be more flashy. Definitely enjoyed the other battles too.
but this was soo much cooler. the flashy ones will be next ep but this was just epic and cold. the music with it and the whole scene was sooo perfect

This is the best episode of the series by far, we got some new characters the pacing was epic all the way through and at the end the new attack.

It was SO worth to wait all those build-up episodes for this. I was already giggling with excitement last week seeing Benimaru walk towards the camp, but this was everything I hoped for after reading the manga version recently – they didn't just deliver, they nailed it.

Yea, but it's still a spoiler. Not a big one or anything, It's nothing really important but it's still a spoiler. I was just saying there is no point putting a spoiler tag on the massacre part because everyone knows that.
Asking that question in this episode 10 thread suggests Diablo will appear soon which will probably tempt some viewers to google the name. Adding a spoiler tag can avoid that.

OK, so this was kinda epic...
It reminded me of the instant death from R&M
Extreme Satisfaction. Nothing like revenge murder ASMR to calm the soul. This episode was by far the best of the series. Although, I wished there were more suffering and pain for those soldiers but they still died so it's all good. That guy got decapitated and his skill kept him conscious so the last thing he sees is Hakurou, that was perfect. Rimuru literally becomes Archer Gilgamesh from Fate in this episode. This was worth the build-up, hyped for next week!
The episode felt so short in time, but it was so well delivered thanks to the build in the last two.
I Knew these guys were broken without the barrier but for some reason it's still
satisfying, also they gave us the perfect line to summarize the whole chapter.
He got what he deserved and Hakurō was the only person who could deliver it.
This episode was excellent, definitely worth waiting for it. I was actually expecting some attack like a nuke that would erradicate everything, but it's Rimuru so it makes sense he chose that kind of ability, I want to see his demon lord form so badly
This episode made me really excited... It was just beautiful, no mercy was shown and that last scene with the insert song was just amazing.

That was so damn satisfying. When the Otherworlders all just died, perfection. When the massacre started, ecstasy. I'm so glad Rimuru didn't take the pacifist route and "snapped," he really is the best MC.
this episode was FUCKING worth all the wait... Ever since i read the manga i waited for this episode and next is even going to be better because well you'll have to wait and see for your self
