The arm breaking scene was one of the, if not the most viscerally disturbing thing I've seen in a show, not even limited to anime. The whole combination of things going on, and it felt like it went on for so long. Riko is so cute I can't stand to see her in so much pain. I needed to lie down for some time after that.
