These are 5 independent stories featuring a (relatively) similar art-style to Part III created in promotion of the anime. They do not adapt episodes from the show, nor does the show adapt stories from this.
According to https://lupin.fandom.com/wiki/Sexy_Lupin_III, the second story was adapted into an episode.
The relation should probably be changed tho.

Now it's weird, I suppose. The series came first which would imply that show manga is an adaptation (like Evangelion for example), but since this specific episode is based on the manga... but 80% of the manga is original...
