How do you check who donated? Like if i were to donate over Paypal the mail address would be different from the one I use on here, and my name clearly isn't on this site either?
I would like to know how you can check who's actually donating xD

Our PayPal donation email had to be changed so its now donate[at]anilist.co.

If you currently have a monthly donation setup to our old paypal it will be rejected so you'll need to create a new one, sorry for the trouble!

    No this seems like you're submitting a ticket. It's not exactly sign posted how to cancel a donation. What you need to do is access your PayPal via the website version (Not the mobile app) and go to activity. You then need to view one of the past donations from history and then click on manage. You can then cancel.

  You've donated 3 times in the space of 10 days according to the history from that screenshot. If there is no "manage josh star payments" link to click on them they are not setup to reoccur..

The paypal link is wanting GBP whereas I'm paying USD. So do I have to pay 5 GBP for the $5 tier or convert it to $5 USD?

Does the custom donator badge not display 2 bit text? I set a custom badge but it still just says "Donator".

Yeah, if it reverts back to "Donator." that means something you entered isn't allowed

Hello Josh. About a month ago I donated 5USD, I think it was 3.79 GBP. I never noticed or maybe its a new thing? The 5 dollar has custom donator badge text and animated avatars. I don't have the option for that and was wondering if I could? Can pull up receipts if necessary!

Hey, from what I can see your last donation was on July 3rd, as such your donation status would have been removed on or just after August 3rd. Apologies if thats not correct, feel free to send me more info if there are is a more recent doation

Very odd.
You'll have to use the transaction ID's and submit a support ticket to PayPal to cancel then. I would wait until next month if you are able to. To see if it comes out again.
