I haven't read the manga and it seems that it's not fully translated so I can't just check where it does end. Looking at the 12 chapters we do have there's a lot of variation in chapter length (19-54 pages), so it's kinda up in the air how much more material they can get through. My gut says the anime probably covers everything manga does, but I could very well be wrong. The only way to know for sure is to check it out once it's fully translated.
