jakkyrNov 13, 202010 replies333 viewsI really liked this episode, fun seeing what presumably is Nike & Elaina's mom doing stuff on her travels, and how Elaina discovers things to be later on. Though i wonder how many situations like that we're gonna get, it was also a bit hard to know in the second half if it was Elaina and some years had passed, or if it was Nike, since there wasn't really any followup. It was probably Nike but still a really cool way of conveying a story since it looks like the same character, so its sorta still her journey

Another nice, lighthearted episode.
First story was funny although it was a bit rushed. In the light novel, a younger Fran was with her teacher (heavily implied to be Elaina’s mum) when they went to visit the wall. I’m kinda sad we didn’t get to see a younger Fran interacting with her teacher... Oh well.
I’m not too keen on Saya. I find her a bit irritating...
As for the second story, I found it hilarious. Drunk Elaina is too funny.
Guess the theme for this episode was about rivalry countries?

They should have drawn in a Ronald Reagan looking character as the wall was being torn down. That would have been a funny reference.
