Honestly, I haven't read a light novel before but I'm wondering whether the LN or manga is better.

i haven't exactly read this. but typically, keep in mind "typically". most mangas that are adapted from the original light novel are never better than the orignal. but it generally depends if you think LN's are better than manga and you have the patience to read LN's.

I only read the manga tbh, but it felt like it would be better as a novel so I'd give that a chance.

Universally it can be said that the LN will have far more content so if that's your aim you know what to go for. What's better depends on the individual though, do you enjoy more words or less words and more pics? Just asking that question it's pretty easy to see why manga is typically more popular(outside of Japan, that is). I'd suggest if it's a series you really like to read both anyways for the full experience though
This one particularly is really short so you could do both with little effort so that's what I would suggest

im dyslexic so im having trouble reading and understanding lots of words in a long paragraphs and little spacings between lines.. so yeah ill choose manga

I prefer the novel a bit more over the manga, but both are fantastic. The novel just does a bit better with the monologues and general pacing for my liking.

I prefer Novel especially for 3 days of Happiness, I mean it is best to read the source material rather than an adaptation

Yeah, if I REALLY like an anime, I always read the source, not the adaptation.

which one of these should I read first or do I even need to read both cuz the website shows "Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta. Ichinen ni Tsuki, Ichimanen de" is the adaption from of "Three Days of Happiness" ??____

It's just like you said. You don't need to read both. They're the same thing. The light novel ("Mikkakan no Kofuku") came first. "Jumyou wo Kaitotte Moratta. Ichinen ni Tsuki, Ichimanen de" is the manga adaptation.

If you haven't read either yet, I do recommend reading the light novel as it's better than the manga as usual.

Light Novel is insanely better. If you don't have a problem with written text (lol) please try the LN instead

Just finished reading the LN yesterday. The manga looks generic imo, idk if I'll read it.
