Tbh his story writing is insane even though I think he is adding to much characters recently, but I guess its also part of the parody, which is bad for powerscalers :D.
For his artstyle is rather unique its not really bad, he can draw if he wants, but if you read other manga it just looks bad in comparison
also I think the garou might be one of the best arcs for action mangas
